This layout, titled "One Year Later" was graciously donated to my layout gallery by Stephanie. It shows comparison photos of her sons taken at time of placement and then one year later.

When I read the journaling she provided, the first thing I thought of was the poem that explains how parenting is something a woman fantasizes about before her children come and then something she cherishes once given the opportunity through adoption.
