These two layouts were graciously donated to my layout gallery by Stephanie. They are great examples of a page that could be done describing the meaning of your child's name. This format could be used to showcase a given name, if the name at birth differs from the name given at the time of adoption as well. In addition to stating what the name means, you could also express why a particular name was chosen, who chose it, and if there is a namesake perhaps a little about that individual.
