Helpful Information:
Our shopping cart is easy to use. First, enter the quantity desired for each item on a page and then click on "Add to Cart" (found at the top of the quantity column). After all shopping is done, complete the check out process by clicking on "Check Out" at the bottom of any product page. If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to ask me!

accept money orders, cashiers checks and Pay
Pal (existing funds, bank account or credit card). Personal checks are also accepted, but shipment of orders
may be delayed 10 days for check clearance.
Personal checks and money orders should be made out to "DemTron, Inc." and mailed to the following address: DemTron, Inc. Payment for international orders must be made via PayPal. |

| Where we ship: | For the purchase of items that will not fit flat
into a flat envelope (albums, etc.) shipping will be to United
States addresses only.
We will gladly ship to Canada any items that fit flat into a stiff mailer (stickers, die cuts, page toppers, punchies, paper, etc.) for no extra charge than what we would charge a customer in the United States. Other countries, please inquire before placing an order. |

| The way we ship: | United States Postal Service, first class for
all envelopes and packages up to one pound, generally Priority Mail for anything
else.
We occasionally ship heavy parcels by UPS. If the shipment is going to Canada or another international destination, it will most likely be at the basic Airmail rate. |

| Insurance: | We take great care in packing our items so that damage is unlikely. Paper items are mailed in stiff mailers and most other items are sent with bubble wrapping and/or padding. Scrap and Tell is not responsible for loss or damage after the product leaves our site. Insurance can be purchased for $1.30 for an order up to $50, $2.20 for up to $100 and $3.20 for up to $200, etc. (These are USPS rates.) | |
| Returns/Refunds: | We will gladly accept returns of items within 30 days of purchase. A full refund (minus shipping charges) will be given to unopened products. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to opened products. We are not responsible for damages caused during shipment and will not refund the purchase price of such items. For defective products, please contact the manufacturer. | |
| Gift Certificates: | Gift Certificates can be purchased in any dollar amount. They are delivered by email (to the purchaser or recipient, at the purchaser's request), unless mail delivery is specifically requested, and redeemable for up to one year from original purchase. They are coded with a number that will need to be given at the time of redemption. To order a gift certificate, click here! | |
| Referral Bonus: | When you refer a customer to Scrap and Tell and it results in a purchase of $10 or more, you receive a gift certificate for a future purchase. The value of the gift certificate will be 10% of the referred customer's total order (before shipping). Only one gift certificate per new referred customer's minimum $10 purchase, but there is no limit to the number of new customers that you can refer! | |
| Redeeming: | Gift certificates can be combined for maximum discount. When placing an order, indicate whether or not you would like to use any accumulated gift certificate(s). After the gift certificate numerical code is provided, the face value (up to the amount of purchase) will be subtracted from the order total. | |
