This layout was donated by a scrapandtell Yahoo group list member. It describes the court appearance and tells how the judge thought the best mommy was chosen for her child. Great selection of photos!
The banners used in the titles are Sizzix. To put the entire title at the top, you could use the banner die cut shown below. The scroll in the lower right corner could be recreated using the Sizzix scroll or the adoption day sticker. That sticker sheet has a scroll with feather pen on it very similar to the one in the layout.
